great breakfast friendly staff
The hotel had a great breakfast. I appreciated the cleanliness. My room was very tidy. I loved the proximity to the canal. It was beautiful, with residents and buskers. The staff was friendly. I needed a lovely night's stay.
I found some stains on the carpet in my room.

unreplenished minibar malfunctioning safe
I found a couple of issues . the minibar was not replenished daily, it only happened once during my four nights. also, the in-room safe malfunctioned. I had trouble opening it one morning and had to call for assistance. this caused a slight delay to my schedule.

quiet room convenient location complimentary coffee
The room had double doors separating the hallway from the bedroom. It was very quiet. the location was near several metro stations. free coffee was available in the lobby.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet! though the overall cleanliness was good.
